Appointment Booking
All appointments at Serenity are scheduled in advance. You can book your session online, by phone, or through WhatsApp. Once your booking is confirmed, the allocated time is reserved exclusively for you.
Deposit Policy
Some treatments require a deposit to secure the appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your visit.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Late Arrival
Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or require rescheduling, depending on availability. To ensure the best possible results, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
No Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable. Packages and prepaid services are subject to clinic terms, which will be clearly explained before purchase.
