Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting Serenity Aesthetic Clinic at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Clients may request to rebook their appointment by contacting our reception team, subject to availability.
Serenity Aesthetic Clinic does not apply deposit forfeiture or financial penalties for late cancellations, as booking deposits are not required.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a no-show. In such cases, the deposit or any prepaid amount will not be refunded.
Cancellations or appointment changes made on the day of the scheduled visit are treated as same-day cancellations and are subject to the same conditions as late cancellations.
Deposits and prepaid amounts are applied to secure appointment time and practitioner availability. These amounts are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no show.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Serenity Aesthetic Clinic via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests are considered valid only once received and confirmed by our team.
Repeated late cancellations or no shows may require full prepayment to confirm future appointments.
In exceptional situations, such as unforeseen medical or emergency circumstances, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case by case basis at the clinic’s discretion.
